Who we are

What we collect

Just browsing this site doesn't give us anything about you: there's no analytics, no tracking pixels and no advertising cookies. We only get personal data when you choose to give it to us:

• Get Started form: your email address, your business name (optional), your type of business, what you'd like to automate, and any note you add. We also keep the browser type your device reports and a scrambled (one-way hashed) version of your IP address. We use these only to block spam and repeat submissions, and the hash can't be turned back into your IP address.
• Signing in: if we've set up a Zenpil account for you, we hold your email address and a securely hashed password.

Why we use it

We use it to reply to your enquiry, to set up and run your Zenpil account, and to protect the site from bots and abuse. We don't sell your data or use it for advertising, and we only share it with the services listed below.

Server logs

Our web host may keep standard access logs as a normal part of running a server — things like IP address, browser type, and which pages were requested. We don't set this up ourselves and don't use it for anything; it's just how web servers normally operate.

Third parties

A few services handle data for us:

• Supabase stores form submissions and accounts. Our database is hosted in the EU (Ireland).
• Cloudflare Turnstile runs the bot check on the Get Started form. It loads only when you open the form, and Cloudflare looks at signals such as your IP address and browser details to tell people from bots.
• Web3Forms emails us a copy of your form answers.
• Hostinger, our web host, serves the site (see Server logs).

All fonts and other assets are self-hosted. Some of these providers operate outside India, so your data may be processed abroad.

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions for up to 12 months so we can follow up on your enquiry. We keep account data while your account is open. You can ask us to delete either at any time.

Cookies

This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies, which is why there's no cookie banner. If you sign in, your browser keeps a sign-in token in local storage (not a cookie) so you stay signed in, and signing out removes it. Cloudflare's bot check may store what it needs to work, but only once you open the Get Started form.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you can ask to see, correct or erase the personal data we hold about you. You can also withdraw your consent, or name someone to use these rights on your behalf. Email sarthaksrivastava242@gmail.com and we'll respond. If you're not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

Children

This site isn't meant for children, and we don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.

Changes

This policy may be updated from time to time. The date at the top of this page always reflects the most recent version.
